METHODS OF PAYMENT
NOTE ON SECURITY - YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO PAY BY ANY OTHER MEANS. IF YOU FEEL UNSURE THEN PLEASE PHONE ME FIRST.
Internet transfer - I will supply details of bank account on request. This account is for payment by transfer only, not for you to pay cash into. If you have to do this then an additional fee according to the bank's current cash handling charges will apply. Please note the account for transfers is a Lloyds UK account with sort code 30-98-98. Make sure you have read the BOOKING CONDITIONS.
Debit card payment by telephone. You will need to supply details as requested on the booking form. Make sure you have read the BOOKING CONDITIONS. I do not accept payment by American Express or Diners Club sorry.
Credit card payment by telephone. Please note these are subject to a 3.5% handling fee. You will need to supply details as requested on the booking form. Make sure you have read the BOOKING CONDITIONS. I do not accept payment by American Express or Diners Club sorry.
Cheque payable to Cumbrae Holiday Agency and sent by post. Cheques must be accompanied with a booking form. Use the link to select booking form to print. Make sure you have read the BOOKING CONDITIONS.
Please inform me in writing if you have to cancel. I will then try to re-let your dates. If I am successful, you will no longer be liable to pay the balance owing. This applies to any cancellation regardless of when or why it is made. I most strongly urge visitors to take a cancellation insurance policy (I will send details of this with the receipt for your deposit). You should take this insurance when you pay the deposit as the balance will still be due according to the terms of payment above even if you cancel before the balance due date.
