Cumbrae House occupies a stunning location in Trebarwith Strand approximately 150 yards from the beach. It offers a spacious, very well equipped, comfortable holiday home.  

The property will accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms, all of which have lovely sea views. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the fourth has twin beds (this one a ground floor room - see note below). The fifth a twin single/zip double option and the sixth, has bunk beds, suitable for children or adults.

Downstairs, the accommodation offers a fitted kitchen with a large dining area adjacent. There are all usual appliances plus microwave, dish washer, large range oven and large fridge. There is an unusual feature of the ”cave room”, built into the rock, next to the kitchen. This space is ideal for storage and houses an additional fridge and a freezer.  
There is a large lounge, with stunning views of Gull Rock and the sea. There is a wood burner (Logs not provided), a large TV and Blue tooth speaker.  
The twin bedroom is on this floor and there is a shower / cloakroom adjacent.

There is a further lounge upstairs with large patio doors, leading onto a large balcony, which again, affords spectacular views. There is a small TV and DVD player.
From the rear door of this lounge, there are steps leading to an upper garden, with even better views!  
A safety note - please do not leave children unattended on the balcony or in the top garden.
Also upstairs is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The spacious master bedroom has an en suite shower room (shower, WC and basin). The other four bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom (bath with shower over, basin and WC), shower room (large shower enclosure, basin and WC) and cloakroom (basin and WC).  

There are several areas outside the house that support outdoor living and there is a large range of outdoor furniture provided and a gas barbeque. (Bottle supplied).

There is room to park up to 6 cars in a private parking space next to the house.

Electric and Oil will be included in the rental prices.  
There is broadband internet access and telephone access - free calls to landlines.
Bed linen and house towels will be provided but please bring your own beach towels.  
A Travel cot (no bedding), high chair and stair gate are available on request.
Welcome pack provided.

One well-behaved dog will be accepted on the condition that they are confined to downstairs and outdoors only -  please confirm when booking. Please note that dogs are not to be left alone in the property unless caged.

Cumbrae House does have manageable steps but may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties.  

PLEASE NOTE WE NOW ASK FOR A DEPOSIT OF £200 TO HOLD AGAINST DAMAGE AND/OR EXTRA CLEANING REQUIRED IF GUESTS LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN A POOR STATE. WE HOPE YOU APPRECIATE THAT THIS REFLECTS THE HIGH STANDARD OF THE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED. IT WILL BE REFUNDED AS APPROPRIATE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF YOUR DEPARTURE.
